This set of tools is for making inner squares and hexagons.
Each insert can make squares or hexagons of different sizes (ex: IBM-Q-27/37 insert can make squares from 27 to 37mm).
INSERTS FOR SQUARE PROFILES
The measurement of the pre-hole should be calculated according to this formula:
frame size (mm) x 1.06, and therefore, in the case of a 12 frame, the diameter of the pre-hole will be 12×1.06 = 12.72 mm.
INSERTS FOR HEXAGONAL PROFILES
The measurement of the pre-hole should be calculated according to this formula:
measure of the hexagon (mm) x 1.03, and therefore, in the case of a hexagon 12, the calculation will be: 12×1.03 = 12.36 mm
