NUESTRA NUEVA EXPERIENCIA: <\/b><\/span>HERRAMIENTAS DE CONTROL PARA PERFILES POLIGONALES<\/b><\/p>\n

Continuando con nuestra pol\u00edtica de innovaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de nuestro parque de maquinaria, nos hemos dotado de las \u00faltimas herramientas de control para la gesti\u00f3n de los procesos de producci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito de los equipos de inspecci\u00f3n dimensional.<\/p>\n

El primer paso fue la adquisici\u00f3n de Programas de software 3D<\/b><\/span> para el desarrollo de dibujos ejecutivos bidimensionales y tridimensionales en un entorno de alta precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El sistema de software 3D nos permite ofrecer a nuestros clientes un servicio gratuito de asistencia en la fase de definici\u00f3n dimensional de la herramienta (brochas, insertos, calibres y tapones de retenci\u00f3n) mediante el dise\u00f1o del dibujo ejecutivo para la aprobaci\u00f3n del cliente.<\/p>\n

El segundo paso fue la adquisici\u00f3n de un proyector de perfil que combina tecnolog\u00edas de medici\u00f3n de alta resoluci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica\/v\u00eddeo<\/b><\/span> garantizando una \u00bbincertidumbre de medici\u00f3n\u00bb de 2 um.<\/p>\n

El software de metrolog\u00eda permite la adquisici\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes del perfil de la herramienta mecanizada y la creaci\u00f3n de un informe que contiene las caracter\u00edsticas dimensionales completas con tolerancias y la gesti\u00f3n de archivos dxf para realizar mediciones comparativas mediante la superposici\u00f3n de los dos perfiles.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

CALIBRADORES Y TAPONES DE MEDICI\u00d3N G\/NG <\/b><\/span>PARA LOS PERFILES POLIGONALES INTERNOS Y EXTERNOS<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de muchos a\u00f1os de experiencia en el mercado de las herramientas de brochado\/rebobinado, decidimos dar servicio a todas las cuestiones relacionadas con los sistemas de control para los perfiles poligonales internos\/externos de acuerdo con las normas nacionales e internacionales vigentes.
Por eso hemos desarrollado una serie de calibres G\/NG para perfiles TORX, hexagonales y cuadrados.
Tambi\u00e9n nos hemos aventurado en el campo de los perfiles estriados con anillos G\/NG para comprobar los ejes estriados rectos e involutivos y topes G\/NG para garantizar la correcta construcci\u00f3n dimensional del perfil interno.
Normalmente, los man\u00f3metros y los tapones fabricados seg\u00fan las normas m\u00e1s utilizadas est\u00e1n disponibles en stock. En otros casos, se fabrican con formas y dimensiones seg\u00fan los requisitos del cliente.
Podemos proporcionar una certificaci\u00f3n de calibraci\u00f3n a petici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La construcci\u00f3n de HERRAMIENTAS DE CONTROL de enchufe en los perfiles TORX para galgas de enchufe internas (TORX T5 a TORX T60); y externas (E1 a E16), hexagonales (ES1 a ES28), y cuadradas (Q1 a Q25) tiene lugar dentro de las tolerancias de las normas ISO-DIN.
Calibres de tapones: los hexagonales, cuadrados y otros pol\u00edgonos pueden tener dimensiones y tolerancias especiales, estos productos est\u00e1n fuera de las normas internacionales, por lo que son definidos por los clientes.
En lo que respecta a los calibres de tapones anulares para perfiles exteriores y calibres para perfiles interiores, en lo que respecta a la inspecci\u00f3n de perfiles ranurados o dentados, se fabrican de acuerdo con las dimensiones requeridas por los clientes o las normas internacionales.
