Poursuivant notre politique d’innovation et de mise \u00e0 jour de notre parc de machines, nous nous sommes dot\u00e9s des derniers outils de contr\u00f4le pour la gestion des processus de production dans le domaine des \u00e9quipements de contr\u00f4le dimensionnel.<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 l’acquisition de Logiciels 3D<\/b><\/span> pour le d\u00e9veloppement de dessins ex\u00e9cutifs en deux et trois dimensions dans un environnement de haute pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n

Le syst\u00e8me logiciel 3D nous permet d’offrir \u00e0 nos clients un service d’assistance gratuite dans la phase de d\u00e9finition dimensionnelle de l’outil (broches, plaquettes, jauges et bouchons de contr\u00f4le) en concevant le dessin ex\u00e9cutif pour l’approbation du client.<\/p>\n

La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape a \u00e9t\u00e9 l’acquisition d’un projecteur de profil combinant les technologies de mesure haute r\u00e9solution optique\/vid\u00e9o<\/b><\/span> garantissant une \u00a0\u00bbincertitude de mesure\u00a0\u00bb de 2 um.<\/p>\n

Le logiciel de m\u00e9trologie permet l’acquisition d’images du profil de l’outil usin\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9ation d’un rapport contenant les caract\u00e9ristiques dimensionnelles avec les tol\u00e9rances et la gestion de fichiers dxf pour des mesures comparatives en superposant les deux profils.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

JAUGES ET BOUCHONS DE JAUGEAGE JAUGES G\/NG <\/b><\/span>POUR LES PROFILS DE POLYGONES INTERNES ET EXTERNES<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses ann\u00e9es d’exp\u00e9rience sur le march\u00e9 des outils de brochage et de bobinage, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre en charge toutes les questions li\u00e9es aux syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le des profils polygonaux internes\/externes conform\u00e9ment aux normes nationales et internationales en vigueur.
C’est pourquoi nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de jauges G\/NG pour les profils TORX, hexagonaux et carr\u00e9s.
Nous nous sommes \u00e9galement aventur\u00e9s dans le domaine des profils cannel\u00e9s avec des bagues G\/NG pour le contr\u00f4le des arbres cannel\u00e9s droits et \u00e0 d\u00e9veloppante et des tampons G\/NG pour assurer une construction dimensionnelle correcte du profil interne.
Normalement, les jauges et les jauges \u00e0 bouchon fabriqu\u00e9es selon les normes les plus couramment utilis\u00e9es sont disponibles en stock. Dans d’autres cas, ils sont produits dans des formes et des dimensions conformes aux exigences du client.

La construction des calibres de bouchons dans les profils TORX pour les calibres de bouchons internes (TORX T5 \u00e0 TORX T60) ; et externes (E1 \u00e0 E16), hexagonaux (ES1 \u00e0 ES28), et carr\u00e9s (Q1 \u00e0 Q25) se fait dans les tol\u00e9rances des normes ISO-DIN.
Les calibres de bouchons : hexagonaux, carr\u00e9s et autres polygones peuvent avoir des dimensions et des tol\u00e9rances sp\u00e9ciales, ces produits sont en dehors des normes internationales, et sont donc d\u00e9finis par les clients.
En ce qui concerne les jauges \u00e0 bouchon annulaire pour les profils ext\u00e9rieurs et les jauges pour les profils int\u00e9rieurs, en ce qui concerne le contr\u00f4le des profils rainur\u00e9s ou des dentures, elles sont fabriqu\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment aux dimensions requises par les clients ou les normes internationales.
Ces anneaux et jauges sont le plus souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9s individuellement pour v\u00e9rifier la bonne ex\u00e9cution des profils.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
