The insert holders are made of steel for gas nitriding. This type of heat treatment ensures excellent surface hardness and prevents the part from warping after heat treatment.
The tool(HBM/HBML) is available with two coupling diameters to the machine: 25 mm and 32 mm.
Two different shank lengths are available for each coupling diameter:
a standard length and an increased length, indicated in the table by the letter “-L.”
